PCIM Updates

The first believers were not called "Christians" (Christ-like) until they had been ministering in the city of Antioch for some time (Acts 11:26). Why did they call them Christians? Because they had been "acting up!"

Are you "Acting Up?"*

Luke wrote the "Acts of the Apostles" around 2000 years ago... but we are still writing chapters as we act out our faith. The first church was constantly stirring things up and causing controversy; many thought of them as troublemakers.

They acted drunk, prayed often, preached in public places, raised the lame, sang loudly, spoke boldly and made disciples.

Can people tell that we have been with Jesus? Are we full of, and walking in, the Holy Spirit? It's time we start "acting up!"*
